Payment
Guests must pay a 15% deposit to secure a booking. Payment is made online through our secure booking system. If you prefer another form of payment please contact us and we will be happy to organise another form of payment.

Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation a minimum of 7 days notice must be given to secure 100% refund.
50% will be refunded if cancellation is made between 3-7 days.
No refunds can be made if cancellations are made within 3 days of your stay.
